2. What this service is
Nearby Flooring Pros is a lead-generation and matching service. We collect information about your flooring project and share it with independent flooring professionals, home-improvement companies, and marketing partners who may contact you.
We are not a flooring contractor, retailer, installer, or broker. We do not perform, supervise, schedule, price, warrant, or inspect any flooring work. We do not employ the professionals in our network and they are not our agents, partners, or joint venturers.
3. Contractor matching and no endorsement
Being matched with a professional is not a recommendation, endorsement, certification, or guarantee of that professional’s licensing, insurance, qualifications, availability, pricing, or workmanship. Any screening we or our partners perform is limited and should not be relied on as a substitute for your own due diligence.
Before hiring anyone, you should independently:
- Verify licensing and insurance with your state or local authority
- Request and check references and recent work
- Obtain a written estimate and a written contract
- Confirm what is and is not included, and the warranty terms
4. No relationship between you and us regarding the work
Any agreement you enter into for flooring work is solely between you and the professional you choose. Nearby Flooring Pros is not a party to it, receives no payment from you for the work, and has no authority to resolve disputes, issue refunds, or enforce any contract between you and a professional.
5. Estimates
Any price, cost range, timeline, or estimate you receive is provided by the independent professional, not by us. Estimates are not binding offers unless the professional says so in writing, and they may change after an in-person measure or once conditions such as the subfloor are inspected. We do not verify the accuracy of any estimate.
6. Your information and consent to be contacted
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, complete, and your own, and that the telephone number you provide is a number you own or are authorised to provide consent for. Submitting another person’s information without their permission is prohibited.
By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you provide express written consent to be contacted at the number and email you provided, including by automated telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and SMS/MMS text messages, even if that number is on a federal, state, or corporate Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You may revoke consent as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party services and partners
We use third-party services including hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, and lead-certification providers such as TrustedForm and Jornaya LeadiD. A current list is maintained on our Marketing Partners page. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or automated submissions
- Submit another person’s information without authorisation
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from this site
- Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
9. Availability
We provide this site on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that professionals will be available in your area, that you will be contacted, or that you will receive any particular number of estimates. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the quality, safety, legality, licensing, or timeliness of any professional or any work performed.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nearby Flooring Pros and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, property damage, or personal injury, arising out of your use of this site or your dealings with any professional — whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Note for review: any aggregate liability cap, arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, and jury-trial waiver must be drafted and approved by counsel for the jurisdictions you operate in. None is asserted here.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nearby Flooring Pros from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, your submission of inaccurate or unauthorised information, or any dispute between you and a professional.

The site’s design, text, graphics, interactive experiences, code, and the Nearby Flooring Pros name and marks are owned by Nearby Flooring Pros or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without written permission.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Note for review: the governing-law state and the venue provision should be confirmed by counsel to match your entity’s domicile and operating footprint.

We may revise these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
